Kataria Kirana Store

You’ll find Kataria Kirana Store over on Shopping Centre Road, not far from the Pallav Nagar Circle in Kota. It’s a busy area and we have been here through many seasons. We sell the usual household stuff—wheat flour, cooking oils, soaps, and spices. It’s not the biggest shop in the shopping centre, but we try to keep it well-stocked. We have a lot of regular people who come in every week for their big grocery list. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to find exactly what someone is looking for. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning which is nice. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything. We just want to make sure the families living near Pallav Nagar have a reliable place to get their salt and sugar. There’s always someone at the counter ready to weigh out the lentils or pack up the tea. We see a lot of students and workers passing by since the road is quite active. It’s just a straightforward business. We don't use any fancy technology, just a simple ledger and a scale. If you are near the circle, you've probably seen our sign. We keep things honest and just do our work every day. It's a humble place, but it keeps us busy and the kitchen fires burning in the neighborhood. We are just regular people running a shop for other regular people.
