We’re located at 82-A in the IPIA Industrial Area, in the Indraprasth building. It’s a busy part of the industrial zone, so there is always noise from the nearby shops. We’ve been doing auto work here for a long time. The shop is full of parts and tools scattered around. It might look like a mess to someone walking in, but we know where everything is. We focus on the mechanical side of things, mostly. The guys here have been working on engines since they were kids. We don't have a waiting room with magazines or coffee. Usually, people just stand around and talk while we look under the hood. It’s a practical place. The walls have old calendars on them and the floor is pretty rough. We don't mind the grease. It’s part of the trade. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a part to arrive from the city, which can be frustrating, but that’s how it goes. We try to be honest about how long things take. We aren't a big dealership or a fancy service center. We are just a local shop in the industrial area. People know us, and we know them. That’s usually enough to keep the lights on and the work coming in. Sometimes we have a stray dog that hangs out in the shade by the door, and we just let him be.
