Jagdish Watch Center

You can find us at Jagdish Watch Center, right on Station Road near Kota Junction. Since we are so close to the station, there is always the sound of trains and people rushing to catch their rides. It’s a very active area. Our shop is a place where travelers often stop if they notice their watch died during their trip or if they need to check the time before their platform number is called. We keep a lot of different watches in stock because you never know what someone might need. The shop is full of the sound of ticking, which we don't even notice anymore after all these years. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. It’s a humble spot, nothing too fancy, just a counter and some stools for customers to sit on while we change a battery or adjust a strap. Being on Station Road means we see people from all over, not just the locals from Kota. We enjoy the variety of stories people tell us while they wait for a quick fix. It’s a straightforward business. We fix watches and sell a few new ones, making sure everything is running on time for the next train leaving the junction. The humidity can be a bit much in summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy.
