J K Jain & Company is located at 27 Jhalawar Road, in a building called Anita Sadan. If you are looking for us, we are right above the Allahabad Bank. Being on the floor above the bank makes it easy to explain to people where to find us. The building itself has a bit of age to it, and you have to walk up the stairs to get to our office. Inside, it is mostly what you would expect from a local firm. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the sound of old fans turning. We do a lot of our work at big wooden desks that have been around for years. Jhalawar Road is usually quite busy with commuters and shoppers, so there is always something to see out the window if you take a break. We do not have a receptionist or a waiting lounge with magazines. If someone comes in, they usually just pull up a chair and we start talking about whatever business they have brought in. It is a very practical way of doing things. We have a lot of regular clients who have been coming to Anita Sadan for a long time, so it feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We just keep our heads down and work through the files until it is time to lock up and head home. It is a steady way of life and we have no complaints.
