Mittal Polymers

Mittal Polymers is situated at F-179 in the Indraprastha Industrial Area. We are quite close to the Jain Mandir. That is how most people find us. The smell of melting plastic is the first thing you notice when you walk into our place. It is a constant scent that stays on your clothes. We have these big molding machines that take up most of the floor space. It gets really hot near the heaters. We have a few fans going but they mostly just move the warm air around. The floor is usually covered with little plastic pellets. We spend a lot of time cleaning those up so nobody slips. We aren't a huge corporation. It is just a group of us working shifts to keep the production going. The office is just a small room with a window looking out onto the factory floor. We have some samples of the stuff we make sitting on the shelves. They are mostly covered in a thin layer of dust. The Indraprastha area is always busy with tempos and rickshaws moving goods. We fit right in with the rest of the workshops. Sometimes we sit outside near the gate during breaks to get some fresh air. It is honest work and it keeps us moving every day. The machines are loud. We usually communicate with hand signals when we are close to them because of the noise.
