In Touch

You can find us up on the first floor of Ashirwad Gourav Plaza. We’re located in the Nayapura area of Kota, right near the main post office. The shop is called In Touch. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s not too bad once you're inside. We mostly deal with mobile phones and accessories, things like chargers, screen guards, and colorful covers. The plaza can get a little crowded on weekends, so it gets busy in here too. We have a few glass display cases that we try to keep clean, though fingerprints always seem to find their way back. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything like that. It’s just us sitting here, helping people figure out what’s wrong with their phones or showing them a new model they might like. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the door keeps opening and closing, but it stays decent enough for a chat. We’ve been in Nayapura for a while now, and most folks around here know the building. We keep some chairs for people to sit while they wait for their phone to be fixed or their data to transfer over. It’s a lot of tech stuff, but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going throughout the long day. We just try to stay helpful and keep the lights on for our customers.
