Hind Heat Treatment And Testing House

If you go to the Chambal Industrial Area, right across from Multimetal, you’ll see our place at H-37(b). We are Hind Heat Treatment And Testing House. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but what we do is fairly straightforward. We have these big furnaces that run hot all day, so the shop is never cold, even in the middle of winter. It is a specialized kind of work, and it requires a lot of patience. We spend a lot of time watching gauges and checking temperatures. The floor is mostly concrete and covered in the soot that comes with this kind of work. We aren't a high-tech lab with white coats; we are more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of operation. There is always a lot of clanking as heavy parts get moved in and out of the heat. Sometimes the dust from the industrial area blows in through the vents, so we are constantly cleaning off the testing equipment. It is an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We have our regulars who have been coming to us for years because they know we don't mess around. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk to. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are and what we can do. It’s a hot, heavy job, but someone has to do it. We just take it one day at a time.
