We’re over in Kota, specifically in the Gobariya Bawdi area near Pratap Ji. Our office is a modest space where we spend our days managing the accounts and looking after the local business. It’s a practical location, and it’s become quite familiar to the people living nearby. We don’t have a lot of flashy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the usual office supplies you’d expect to find in a place like this. We start early most days to get a jump on the paperwork. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a small part of it. When someone stops in, we just sit down and talk through whatever they need. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, which we prefer over being stuck behind a screen all day. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the place cool enough. We try to stay organized, though some days are more successful than others in that department. It’s a real workplace with real people who care about getting the details right. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it feels like home to us. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a team of us working together.
