Girraj Suman Fruit & Vegetable

We are located in Vallabh Nagar Khasaradi, where we sell fruits and vegetables to the local community. Every morning starts very early, around four or five, when we have to go and pick up the fresh stock from the main market. By the time the sun comes up, we are already setting up our displays. We try to keep everything looking decent, but it is hard work keeping the greens from wilting in the heat. My name is Girraj, and my family helps me run the place. We have all sorts of people coming in, from housewives looking for the best tomatoes to restaurant owners needing sacks of onions. It is a lot of weighing and bagging all day long. The shop is just a simple open space that lets the air flow through. We don't have a fridge for everything, so we have to sell things quickly while they are still fresh. There is a lot of bargaining that goes on, which is just part of the business. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh with the regulars who have been buying from us for years. It is a simple life, focused on the seasons and what is growing in the fields. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our shop here in Vallabh Nagar. We stay here until the last of the daily stock is mostly gone.
