Ghoonghat

You can find us over at Kotri Circle in Gumanpura. It is a pretty well-known spot in Kota, so most people don't have much trouble finding the building. Being right at the circle means there is always a lot of noise and movement from the traffic outside. We have been at this address for a good number of years now. The shop itself is not anything too complicated. We spend most of our time organizing the stock on the shelves and talking to the people who wander in while they are out doing their daily shopping. Gumanpura is almost always crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about after work. We try to keep the shop floor as clear as possible, but with boxes coming in and out, it gets a bit tight in here sometimes. It has a real family-run kind of feeling. We do not have any fancy manuals on how to talk to people. We just say hello and help them find what they are looking for. Some of our regular customers have been coming here for a long time, and we know their names and what they usually like. It is just a normal shop on a busy street corner. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked by a truck, but we just stay open and keep things going. We do not do big sales pitches. If someone likes something, they take it.
