Dhiraj Motors

Dhiraj Motors is located in the middle of the New Motor Market. It’s a place where you can always hear the sound of someone hammering on a metal frame or an engine being revved up. Our shop is just a basic garage space where we keep our parts and tools. The walls are a bit stained from years of oil and smoke, but that’s just how it is in a motor market. We spend most of our time bent over engines or lying on the ground looking at the underside of cars. It's tough on the back, but we’re used to it by now. The market is always crowded with people looking for parts or getting repairs done. We know most of the other guys working around here, so we often share a tea when things are quiet. We don't have any polished floors or a fancy waiting area for customers. Most people just stand around and watch us work or go grab a snack nearby. It’s a dusty place and sometimes the smell of petrol is quite strong. We keep a few old ledgers to track what we do and who owes what. There isn't any big marketing plan here. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who shows up with a broken-down vehicle. It’s honest work and we stay busy enough to keep going every day in this market.
