Chambal Stone

Our yard at Chambal Stone is over in the I.P.I.A. section on Road No. 7. It is unit G-1, 511-D if you are looking for the exact spot on the map. It’s a pretty industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and other shops nearby. We handle a lot of stone here, which means things stay dusty pretty much all year round. You’ll see us out there in the yard moving heavy slabs or loading up a flatbed that just arrived. It is hard work on the back, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do much fancy talk about what we have in stock. We just show people the stacks and let them pick what they need for their projects. Most of the time, it is builders or contractors coming through the gate. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning if we can. We’ve been at this address for a while and the routine is the same every day. We open the gates, check the inventory, and wait for the first delivery. It is a simple operation with a few guys who know how to handle the material. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights, just the stone sitting out where you can see it for what it is. That's just how we run things here.
