Bhatia Stone

You can find us in Krishna Colony. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We have been working with stones for a long time. It is a family-run thing. We have all kinds of granite and marble stacked up. The yard isn't very big, so things are a bit cramped. You have to watch your step so you don't trip over a stray piece of rock. We spend our days measuring slabs and helping people pick something that looks okay. It is a lot of manual labor. We don't use many big machines here. Mostly it is just us and a few helpers moving things by hand. The dust gets into everything, even the tea we drink in the afternoon. We don't have a fancy office. It's just a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of paperwork. People from the colony know us well. They come by when they are doing a small repair or building a new floor. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth seems to work fine for us. Sometimes we get a big order and the whole place gets chaotic for a few days. Then it goes back to being quiet again. It is a steady life. We like the stone business because it is solid. It doesn't change much over the years. We just keep stacking the rocks and waiting for the next person to walk in.
