Badri Lal & Sons

Our spot is in Kabutar Khana, right inside Nai Ki Gali. It is one of those older parts of the city where the streets are very narrow and there is always something happening right outside the door. My family has been around this area for a long time. The name Badri Lal & Sons has been on our sign for as long as I can remember. It is a small place, if I am being honest, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of the people living and working nearby know us by our names, and we know most of them too. Working in a place like Nai Ki Gali means you see everyone who passes by throughout the day. It is not like those big, modern stores you find in the newer parts of town. Here, things move at a much slower and different pace. We just deal with whatever work comes our way each morning. Sometimes the whole alley gets blocked up by a cart or a couple of scooters, and we just have to wait for them to move along. That is just how life is in this part of the city. We keep our stock tucked into every little corner we can find. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but there is definitely a system to it all. We don't have fancy lights or big ads. We just open up the doors and get to work.
