Anand Developers

We’ve been set up over at Chhawani Road 497 for a good while now. It’s a busy area, but our office stays pretty focused on the building work we have going on. Anand Developers isn't a massive corporation; we’re more of a local team that handles construction and property stuff. There’s usually a bit of dust on the boots and plenty of maps spread across the tables. We spend a lot of our time out at sites, checking on progress and making sure things are moving along like they should. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to deal with the paperwork and phone calls that come with developing land. It isn't always glamorous work. There are delays, rainy days that stop the concrete pouring, and a lot of logistics to figure out. We just try to get the jobs done. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle the foundations, the brickwork, and the finishing. It’s about taking a piece of land and putting something useful on it. We’ve been part of the Chhawani Road community for years. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing a building finally stand up on its own is why we stay in this business.
