Amar Associates

We’ve been running things here at Amar Associates for a while now, tucked away on the first floor of the local shopping centre. It isn't a huge place, just a few desks and some filing cabinets, but it gets the job done. Most days you’ll find us sorting through paperwork or chatting with folks who stop by to ask about their projects. We aren't really about fancy presentations or those slick office buildings you see in the city center. This spot works for us because people know where to find us. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s quiet enough to focus but busy enough that we don’t feel isolated from what’s happening in the neighborhood. We started out with just a couple of people and stayed that way mostly. It feels more personal when you know everyone who walks through the door by their first name. We deal with all sorts of requests, some simple and others that take a bit more figuring out. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just showing up every morning and putting in the hours. If you’re ever near the shopping centre, you might see our sign. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the windows look out over the main walkway. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve kept the same furniture for years because it’s comfortable and it works. That’s pretty much the story of our little office here.
