Niitte Masala Food Private Limited

We are based out of a small place in Kosli, specifically associated with Virender Singh’s family. It’s a quiet town and we like it that way. Most of what we do involves masala and food products. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of workers. Instead, it’s just a few of us working hard every day to get things sorted. The kitchen gets quite warm when the sun is out, but we keep at it. We spend a lot of time grinding spices and making sure the bags are sealed properly. Sometimes we run out of twine or labels and someone has to run down the street to grab more. That is just how things go here. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big office in the city. Our work happens right here in the neighborhood. You can usually smell the spices before you even get to our door. It’s a mix of cumin, chili, and turmeric mostly. We try to keep things clean and simple. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to provide decent food items to people who need them. My husband Virender and the rest of the family all pitch in when things get busy. Some days we are exhausted by the time the sun goes down. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local food business in Kosli doing our best.
