We are way out in the Korea district of Chhattisgarh, specifically near the South Jhagrakhand Colliery. It is a mining area, so things can get a bit gritty and industrial around here. Vijay Verma started this place, and it is very much a family-run feeling type of business. We are located near the post office, which is a bit of a local landmark for people in the colliery. Our workspace is not a high-tech lab. It is a functional building where we keep our equipment and handle our daily chores. Living and working in a colliery area means you get used to the noise and the dust. We do not mind it much anymore. It is just part of the landscape. We do not have any polished marketing brochures. Most of our work comes from being right here where the action is. We have a few guys who help out with the heavy lifting and the maintenance. It is a tough environment, but people here are hardworking and straightforward. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at what the equipment needs and we fix it or move it. The road out to the colliery can be bumpy, especially after the heavy rains, so we do not get many casual visitors. It is a tight-knit community where everyone knows who is who. We are proud to have our name on the gate.
