Our place of business is at MIG-16, H. B. Colony, in the R. P. Nagar area of Kosabadi. Shri Balaji Techno Commercial Company isn't a huge name you’d see on billboards, but we’re well-known enough around here. The office is part of the colony, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We handle a mix of technical and commercial work, which basically means we deal with a lot of supplies and the paperwork that goes with them. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything—from answering the phone to checking inventory in the back. The space is a bit cluttered with samples and ledgers, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a corporate dress code. Most days it’s just us in our regular clothes, trying to get through the to-do list before the power goes out or the day ends. We’ve been in Kosabadi for quite some time and we like being part of the community. People often drop by just to chat or ask a quick question about a part they need. We don't try to sell anyone on anything they don't need. We just provide what’s asked for and try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense way of doing business that fits the way we live. We’re just a local company doing our best for the people nearby.
