You can find Sakhi Nidhi Limited over at Plot No. 108 in the ICC T.P. Nagar area of Korba. We are quite close to D K Hospital, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The office sits in a busy part of town where there are always cars and bikes zooming past on the main road. Inside, it is a bit more relaxed than the street outside. We have a small team here working on the paperwork for our members' savings and loans. Most of the people who come to us are from around Korba or the nearby industrial patches. We opened up Sakhi Nidhi because we wanted a place where local folks felt comfortable talking about their money without feeling pressured by a big bank. The office has a few desks and some ceiling fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of our time checking documents and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes we share tea with the members while they wait for their transactions to go through. It’s just how we do things here in Chhattisgarh. We don't have fancy uniforms, just regular clothes. If the door is open, you are welcome to come in and sit down. We try to be helpful without making things complicated for anyone.
