We are located in the village of Sawas, which falls under the Barawakal post office area. This whole thing is run by Maggu Ram’s family and some others from the village. It is a proper rural setup. We don't have a paved driveway or a shiny sign. Most of the time, we are meeting under the shade of a tree or in the main room of the house. We are a group of farmers who wanted to do things differently. Instead of working alone, we pool what we have. It’s a lot of work coordinating with everyone in Sawas. The village life moves at its own pace. We handle seeds, tools, and whatever else the members need for their land. You won't find us on any big maps easily, but the locals know where Maggu Ram’s place is. We stay away from the city noise as much as we can. Our focus is just on the dirt and the crops. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to finish our notes by candlelight. It’s not fancy, but it is how we live. We’ve had some good years and some lean ones too. That is just the way farming goes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just grow things and try to sell them for a fair price. It keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset most days. It is just a simple way to get things done together.
