Our office for M/S Indfab Project Pvt.Ltd. is located in the H.T.P.S. Colony in Korba. We are in unit HCL-30, which sits right behind the shopping centre. Being in a C.S.E.B. colony means we are right in the middle of the industrial life of Chhattisgarh. The atmosphere is very specific to a township built around a power plant. There’s a lot of green space, but you always feel the presence of the big industry nearby. Our building is a standard colony house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not a modern office block with glass walls. It’s more of a place with sturdy walls and cool floors to help with the Korba heat. We spend our days working on project files and coordinating with the teams out at the sites. Since we are behind the shopping centre, it’s easy for us to get whatever we need during the day. Most of the people working here live in the same colony or nearby, so there’s a real community feel. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how the office looks, as long as the work gets done and the project deadlines are met. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking drawings. It can be a bit dusty when the wind blows, but that's just part of living and working in an industrial town like this. We're just a local team doing our part.
