Being over here in Sector 1 of the Balco Township, we’re right in the middle of everything in Korba. Bharat Aluminium has been part of this landscape for a long time. You can see the plant from most places around here. Our office at 59/C is where we handle the day-to-day stuff that keeps things moving. Chhattisgarh gets pretty hot in the summer, but we just keep at it. Most of the people working here live nearby in the township, so it's a tight community. We see each other at the market or the park. It’s not just a job; it’s where we live. The work involves a lot of sorting things out. There’s always someone coming in with a form or a question about a shipment. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with metal. It’s heavy, it’s hot, and it’s what we know. We’ve seen the township grow over the decades. New shops pop up, kids grow up and start working here too. It’s got a steady rhythm to it. We don't have a flashy front desk or anything. It's just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit hectic. That's just part of life in an industrial town like Korba. We're just regular people doing our bit for the town and the company every single day.
