Our office is on the third floor of the Champa Complex in Hanuman Nagar, Janki Nagar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when the weather is humid, but it gives us a good view of the street below. We focus on technical skill development here. A lot of people come to us because they want to learn how to work with machines or get jobs in factories. Because of that, the office isn't very clean or polished. There are tools laying around and some of the tables have grease stains on them. We think it’s better that way because it shows that real work is happening. The Champa Complex is a busy building with a lot of other shops, so there is always a lot of noise from people coming and going. We usually start our day pretty early to get things ready for the students. Our team is small, just a few guys who have spent years working in technical trades. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated theories. We just show people how to use the equipment and let them try it for themselves. The building is a bit old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter for what we do. We are just a local place in Janki Nagar helping people learn a trade that will help them earn a living.
