Ghai Construction Limited,Pune

This office is actually in Korba, over at Sharda Vihar. We are currently using a space at Sri K.C. Mandal's place, specifically Mig-1B-39. It's part of the Anup Mandal setup. Even though our name says Pune, this specific branch or project base for us is right here in Chattisgarh. The 495677 area is pretty quiet compared to the big cities we sometimes work in. We've got a small space to keep our things organized and handle the local calls. It’s a house-turned-office kind of feel, which makes it feel more personal. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and drinking a bit of tea while we plan for the next day. Being in Korba has been a bit of a change for us, but the people around Sharda Vihar are friendly enough. We keep things very low key here. No big billboards or neon signs. We just have our address and we get to work. It’s been an interesting time setting up here at Mig-1B-39. We’ve got some local guys helping us out now. The weather gets a bit humid, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you knock on the door, someone will eventually come and help you out. We’re just regular folks at Ghai Construction Limited, Pune.
