Korba is a tough place to work sometimes because of all the coal dust in the air. Our office is in the Tulsinagar Zone, specifically at 146 IRCC in T.P. Nagar. It’s right in the middle of the transport hub of the city. There are big trucks moving around at all hours of the day and night. We spend a lot of time in the office planning out how to move our materials around without getting stuck in traffic. The air is always a bit heavy here. We have a small room with some metal cabinets where we keep all our files and records. We focus on building and construction projects specifically in the Korba area. It is a very industrial vibe around here. We have some old desks that we have used for many years. The walls are painted a light blue but they are getting a bit faded and gray now. We drink a lot of water because of the constant heat. T.P. Nagar is a very busy spot, so there is always someone coming by to talk about a potential job or a material delivery. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. It is a very straightforward way of working. We know all the local roads and the shortcuts to the different sites we manage. It’s a lot of hard work and very long hours for everyone involved here.
