We’ve been here in Korba for quite a while now, specifically over in Vikas Nagar near Kusmunda. Most days start pretty early because the sun gets hot fast around here. Our office at Q:-M/261 is just a regular place where we handle the paperwork and keep track of everything going on with the steel and power side of things. It's not a fancy setup, just some desks and files. People come in and out all day, mostly talking about local logistics or checking on the machinery. Dealing with ispat and power sounds big, but really it's just a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are moving. We’ve grown used to the dust and the noise of the industrial area. It’s a busy life in this part of Chhattisgarh. Sometimes the power cuts out or things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's mostly about showing up and doing the work. My coffee gets cold before I can finish it because someone always needs something at the last minute. We’re right here in the mix of it all, trying to stay organized in the middle of a very active district. It’s hard work, but that’s just how it is for us in Korba. We don't really do the big speeches, we just make sure the operations keep running as they should. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the guys around the area by name.
