It’s a massive place, and being out in Tikiri means we are quite a distance from the bigger cities. The power plant is the heart of what happens here, and it’s a noisy, busy environment every single day. We don't have corporate offices with plush carpets. Instead, we have safety helmets, heavy machinery, and a lot of dust. It’s a real industrial site. We focus on the engineering side to keep everything running smoothly. The weather in Rayagada can be really tough, with heavy rains or intense heat, but the work at the power plant doesn't stop. We aren't here to sell you anything or give you a polished speech. We are just a group of engineers and workers doing a job for the Aditya Birla Group. The campus is like a little town on its own because we are so far out. It’s a practical life, centered around the plant and the engineering tasks at hand. We stay busy with the day-to-day operations and making sure the machinery is maintained properly. It is a lot of hard work, but that is what we do here.
