We are located out in Jeypore, specifically in the Irrigation Colony area of Souraguda. Our plot number is 263/7562. It is a bit different being based here in Koraput compared to the bigger cities, but there is plenty of work to do. At SGTS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED, we focus on construction projects in this part of Orissa. The landscape here is beautiful, but it can make transport a bit tricky sometimes with the hills and the winding roads. We have a small office where we manage our day-to-day operations. Most of the time we are out on site anyway. We deal with all the local building needs, whether it is a small repair or a larger structure. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. We’ve worked with a lot of the same people for years, and we know who to call when we need specific materials. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in Bhubaneswar, but our work keeps us moving. We spend a lot of time making sure our supplies are stocked because it can take a while to get things delivered this far out. Our team is just local folks who know the area well. People know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We just sit down with them, look at the site, and tell them what we can do and how long it will take.
