Paik Multi Services Private Limited is situated at B 732-Ii in the Nalco Township area of Damanjodi. It’s a specific kind of place to work, being inside the township and all. We have been here for a while and we’re used to the way things run around here. Our office isn’t huge but it has enough room for us to do our daily tasks. We handle a variety of things, which keeps the days interesting. It’s a lot of coordination most of the time. We don't use any fancy management speak. We just talk to each other and get things settled. The area is pretty unique because of the industrial feel, but it’s home for us. Being in the Nalco Township means we are part of a specific community. Life here has its own rhythm. The office is tucked away. It’s a sturdy building that’s been around for a long time. We have a few old desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they get the job done. We don't spend money on things we don't need. We’d rather focus on the work itself. Most of our days are spent making sure everything is running like it should. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know us. It’s a simple way to exist here.
