Mafoi Consultancy

You can find us over at the Ultratech Cement site in Jeypore, Koraput. We are Mafoi Consultancy. Being out here in Orissa means things often move at a slightly different pace than the big cities like Mumbai or Delhi, but we stay plenty busy. We are based right there at Suryamahal. Our day usually starts pretty early because that’s when the work at the plant really gets going. We handle the consultancy side of things, which means a lot of talking to people and checking on how things are being run on the ground. It isn’t a glamorous job by any means, but it is necessary work. The office we use is practical and straightforward. It has the basics like chairs, desks, and a working phone, and that’s about it. We spend a lot of time interacting with the staff at the cement works. We’ve gotten to know the local area and the people quite well over the years. Sometimes the weather out here makes things a bit tough, especially during the heavy rainy season, but we keep the office open regardless. We don't use a lot of big corporate jargon or fancy talk because it doesn't really fit what we do every day. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork and people sorted. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We're just here to do our bit.
