Jihoba Jiri Foundation

Our place is at number 312 in Chitrokonda. We are located right near the SBI branch, so we see a lot of people passing by our door every single day. Jihoba Jiri is the name we use for our foundation. It’s been our home base for a good while and we've grown fond of the neighborhood. Chitrokonda is a busy little place with a lot of energy. We have a small office where we keep everything we own. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when people come in all at once to talk. We don't mind the noise though. We'd rather be busy and useful than just sitting around bored. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or expensive furniture. Just a computer that works most of the time and some old notebooks we write in. We spend our time working on whatever projects are on the table for that week. It’s not always easy to get things moving. Sometimes we have to travel a bit of a distance to reach people who can't come to us. But we always come back here to finish the paperwork. The SBI being so close is very handy for our daily errands. We know all the shopkeepers on this street now. It feels like a real community where people look out for each other. We aren't trying to be famous or get in the papers. We just want to keep the foundation going through the hard times.
