Hindalco

We are based over in Satyanagar, right on the College Road in Koraput, Orissa. Our pin code is 764036. Hindalco has been around here for a long time now. It’s a local operation, and most of us living here are used to the rhythm of the town. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in this office. It’s a plain building where we get our work done. The road outside gets quite busy when the college students are around, but otherwise, it's just the usual trucks and local traffic. We deal with the metal business and the logistics that come with it. The weather in Orissa can be a bit much, especially in the summers when the heat is heavy. We just keep the fans going and stay on task. There is no corporate polish here. We are just local staff making sure the paperwork and the products move like they should. If you come by, you won't see any fancy signs or marketing posters. We prefer to just do the job and go home to our families. It’s a quiet life in Koraput. We don't feel the need to explain ourselves too much. We just work here and we've been doing it this way for years. It’s a practical setup for everyone involved. The office is a bit small but it fits us all. We drink our tea and look at the files. It's nothing special to look at, but it works fine.
