Praveen Kumar & Co.

Starting at Kopparam in the Prakasam area was just something that happened years ago. We are over here at 51/74, and the building has seen better days, but it works for what we do. People around here know the name Praveen Kumar & Co because we’ve stayed put through all sorts of weather. It’s mostly just us handling the daily paperwork and the stock that comes in. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up from the main road, but we just sweep it out and keep going. My father used to say that as long as you show up on time, things will sort themselves out. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is just a regular place where we try to keep things organized. If you walk past our spot, you’ll likely see one of us sitting out front or checking the ledgers. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which suits us fine. There isn’t a big sign or anything flashy, just the address and the work we do every morning. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries. It’s a simple life in this part of Prakasam. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the systems work. Some days are busier than others, especially when the accounts need settling at the end of the month. We just do our bit and go home.
