We are located at No.22 in the 4th Ward of Mohammadnagar, which is in the Bandiharlapur area of Koppal. It is a place we know very well because most of us grew up right around here. Uppuluri Developers is our small family-run business where we work on building houses and small commercial spots for the community. In a place like Koppal, word of mouth is everything, so we just try to do honest work that lasts for years. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website with stock photos. We just have our small office and our tools. Most days you will find us out at a construction site, making sure the brickwork is straight or checking on the plumbing before the walls go up. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes the afternoon sun is really brutal, but it is what we know how to do. We have learned that things in construction rarely go exactly to the original plan, so we just stay flexible and keep moving. If a truck of cement is late, we find something else to work on until it arrives at the gate. We do not use any of that corporate talk about visions or big goals. We just want to build things that people can actually use and afford to buy. We have been in Bandiharlapur for a long time, and we plan on staying here. It is nice to see a family moving into a house we built.
