We are located over at Sy No 441/K on Navali Road. We share space with Sree Lakshmi Balaji Industries here in Kartagi-Koppal. It’s a rural area, very much focused on the rice business. That’s what we do—working with agro foods, specifically rice. The mill is always noisy, and there’s usually a thin layer of dust on everything, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't some big city firm with fancy suits. Most of us wear work clothes because we’re out in the yard or near the processing units all day. The weather out here in Koppal can be tough, either very hot or very rainy, and it affects how we work. We have to watch the harvests closely. Our address is a bit out of the way, but the trucks find us easily enough. We work with the local growers around Kartagi. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking the quality of the grains and making sure the bags are filled right. We don't have a flashy website or a big PR team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for a while and people know our name. It’s a steady business, nothing too exciting, just getting the rice processed and sent out to the markets. When the machines break down, we fix them ourselves and keep the line moving.
