M P Brothers

We operate out of Durga Prasad House, which is located in the Derebail area of Konchady. If you know Mangalore, you know it can get pretty humid, so we try to keep the windows open for the breeze. M P Brothers is basically just a few of us working from this house, keeping things moving as best as we can. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s usually pretty calm, except for when the local temple has a festival or the neighbor’s dogs start barking at something on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now and the locals all know where we are. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small one that people sometimes miss if they are driving too fast. Inside, the rooms are filled with files and some old furniture that’s seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We spend our mornings going through the tasks and the afternoons are usually for meetings or catching up on stuff we missed. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. Living and working in the same general area means we don't have a long commute, which is a nice thing. We just do our bit, help out whoever comes to the door, and try to keep things organized without making it too complicated. It is just a simple way of doing business in a quiet corner of the city.
