Lancoinfratech Ltd Epc

We are located out in Jheel, which is part of the Narwana area in Jind. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around this part of Haryana. This office for Lancoinfratech handles the EPC side of things. Mostly we are focused on the practical bits of construction and engineering projects. It gets quite dusty out here sometimes, especially when the wind picks up across the fields. We don't have a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a functional office where we get our planning done. Most of the staff here are local or have been staying in the district for a long time now. We spend a lot of time on site or talking to contractors. It can be a bit loud when things are moving fast. Sometimes the power goes out, or we have to wait on materials to arrive, but we just keep at it. Working in this part of Jind means you get to know everyone nearby. We are just a group of people trying to manage these big infrastructure tasks without too much fuss. There is always a lot of tea being drank while we look over the project schedules. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the engineering problems that pop up every day.
