We are located out in Toranagallu, which is in the Bellary district of Karnataka. If you’ve been here, you know it’s a big industrial hub. It’s dusty and hot most of the time, and there’s always a lot of heavy machinery moving around. Konstelec Engineers operates right in the middle of all that action. Our work is largely about the technical side of things in these big industrial setups. It’s not a desk job where you stay clean all day. We are often out where the actual work happens. The office is just a place to keep the records and have a bit of shade. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s about the tools and the engineering. People around here know us for being straightforward. We speak a mix of languages in the office depending on who is visiting or which worker is coming in. It’s a rough and tumble kind of environment, but it suits us fine. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound like some huge multinational. We are just a local team handling engineering jobs in a very demanding part of the state. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We get our hands dirty and make sure the projects move forward. That’s the reality of working in Bellary. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
