Janani General Store

Janani General Store is a small place at 487/45 in M V Nagar. We are right on Kappagal Road in the Gandhinagar area. It’s a typical neighborhood shop where we sell all sorts of daily items. Most of our customers are the people who live right here in M V Nagar. We open early in the morning so people can grab what they need before work. The shelves are packed with everything from snacks to household supplies. It can get a bit cramped inside when more than a few people come in at once. Kappagal Road is usually busy with people walking or riding bikes. We spend our day restocking the shelves and talking to the neighbors. It is a simple life and we know most of the people who walk through the door by name. Gandhinagar is a nice place to have a shop like this. We don’t have any fancy displays or expensive lighting. It’s just a plain store with the lights on and the door open. Sometimes we sit on a stool out front when things are slow. Rain or shine, we are here behind the counter. We try to keep things tidy, but with so many small items, it’s a constant job. If you live around here, you’ve probably stopped by for something you forgot to buy at the big market. That is just how we run things every day. It's a small shop for the local folks.
