We are located at 117 Sahar Para in Badedongar. It’s a bit of a distance out in the Kondagaon Pharasgaon area of Bastar. Being here means we’re really connected to the local land and the people who live in this part of Chhattisgarh. Patra City Real Properties isn't some big city firm. We’re local folks working out of a small office near the post office in Badedongar. Most of what we do involves land and houses right here in the district. The pace of life is a bit different here than in the big cities, and we like that. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and talking to families about their property needs. The 494228 area is where we grew up and where we work. It’s not always easy work, as the roads can be rough and the weather is often unpredictable. We don't have a website with a bunch of fancy photos. We mostly rely on people knowing who we are and coming by Sahar Para to talk. We handle the local paperwork and make sure everything is legal and sorted out. It’s about being honest with people and helping them understand what they’re getting into with a piece of land. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. It’s a simple life, focused on property and the local community. It's about knowing the soil and the stories behind every plot of land we deal with.
