Baba Car

We’re right on the Main Road. If you know where the Tara Petrol Pump is, we’re just near there. It’s a very busy spot to be in. Baba Car is the name we’ve had since we first started. There’s always the smell of fuel and the sound of loud engines because of the petrol pump being right next door. It’s a good place for a car business. We have a small office and some space outside for the vehicles. We’re out there in the heat quite a bit during the day. The Main Road has a lot of traffic, so plenty of people see us every day as they drive by. We don't do much in the way of brochures or fancy talk. We just show people what we have. It’s a bit messy sometimes with tools and things lying around. We try to keep it organized, but it's a constant battle every single day. We’ve been here for many years. The guys who work at the petrol pump are our friends. We get our tea from the stall just across the street. It’s a very basic setup. We have a desk with a lot of papers on it and a couple of old calendars. We don't have air conditioning, just a big fan that makes a lot of noise. People stop by because they saw us while driving past. That’s mostly how we get our visitors. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until evening when it's time to close up.
