We have our small office right on Machiraju Street in Amalapuram. It is a one-person company setup, so things stay pretty quiet most days around here. Most of the time is spent on the phone or sitting at the desk handling documents for the export business. Amalapuram is a decent place to work out of, even if the East Godavari weather gets really hot during the summer months. The street itself is busy with neighbors and local traffic, but inside the office, it is just about getting the work done. We started this because there seemed to be a lot of goods moving out of this region and it made sense to have a base here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in this part of Andhra. We don't have a big team or fancy lobby. It is just a practical space at door number 8-4-2/1. My day usually starts early with tea and then checking on what needs to be moved or tracked. People around here know the building, so finding us isn't too hard. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a regular room with a computer, some files, and enough space to manage the daily tasks. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know the local roads and how things operate in the district. It’s a simple way to make a living and keep things moving.
