Our main office is at Flat No. 511 in PM Palem. The business name is DJ BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a bit of a long name to put on a sign, but it’s what we are. We do a lot of our planning from that flat. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need. We focus on building projects and developing land wherever we find a good spot. PM Palem is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out at a construction site. We started this because we liked seeing things get built from nothing. It’s a tough industry to be in. You have to deal with permits and weather and people all the time. But we’ve managed to stay afloat by just being practical. We don't promise things we can't do. If a project is too big for us, we’re honest about it. Most of our clients are local people who just want a solid building without all the corporate nonsense. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning and work until the sun goes down. DJ BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is just us doing what we know how to do. It’s hard work, but it’s what we chose. We’re happy to be part of the community here. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the progress.
