Swasa Physiotherapy & Obesity Clinic

Swasa Physiotherapy & Obesity Clinic is situated at Plot No. 8 in Ganga Enclave, over in Pet Basherabad, Kompally. We are right opposite Excellency Garden, and if you look for the SBI branch, we are located right below it. Being in a basement or lower level means it stays a bit cooler, which is nice when people are moving around and exercising. We have a variety of equipment like mats, balls, and some weights spread across the floor. It’s not a huge gym, but it’s got enough for the physiotherapy we do. The lighting is mostly fluorescent, and we have a small corner where we keep the patient files and a computer that sometimes takes a while to start up. People from all over Kompally come here, mostly because they have a bad back or want to lose some weight. It’s a casual environment where everyone is usually in sweatpants or loose clothes. We don't have any flashy slogans or big posters of athletes. It’s just a place where people come to do the hard work of getting their bodies moving again. The traffic on the road outside can be heavy, but once you are down here, you just focus on the exercises. We keep things simple and just work one-on-one with whoever walks in through the door from the enclave or the surrounding streets.
