Hitech Winding Works

Down in Irfan Colony, at 1-16-415 in Sirpur Kagaznagar, you’ll find our workshop. It’s in the Komarambheem Asifabad district, which can get incredibly hot during the summer months. We spend our days surrounded by reels of copper wire and old motors that need a lot of attention. Our hands are usually black with grease or dust from the machines we take apart. The shop is quite open to the street, so we get a bit of a breeze if we are lucky. Most of our tools are old but they still do the job just fine. We don't have a computer on every desk or any fancy software; we mostly rely on what we know and the experience we’ve picked up over the years. People from all over the colony bring their broken fans or motors to us, and we keep them on the floor until we can get to them. Sirpur Kagaznagar is a quiet enough town, and everyone seems to know everyone else’s business. We have a small bench where customers can sit while they wait, though most people just leave their stuff and come back later. The sound of the winding machine is a constant background noise here. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the wires. We take pride in just getting things running again.
