Unicorn Projects Engineers & Contractors

We've been situated on the second floor of Mohan Enterprises for a while now. If you know the main road in Chinnakada, you probably know where we are, right above Dhanya Super Market. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with everyone doing their shopping downstairs. We handle various engineering and contracting jobs throughout Kollam. It’s mostly just us trying to get the work done right and keeping things moving on the sites. Some days are loud with the street noise coming up, but we’re used to it. Being Unicorn Projects means we deal with a lot of different construction tasks. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and talk about what needs doing next. Most of the guys are out on the field during the day, so it’s quieter in the afternoons. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to the market. It’s a good spot to be in because everyone knows the landmark. We focus on the practical side of building things, making sure the technical parts aren't missed. Sometimes we’re stuck behind a desk for hours, and other times we are climbing around half-finished walls. It’s honest work and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit. People just drop in when they have questions about their own projects or need some advice on how to start a build. We don't do much talking, mostly just working.
