Travancore Medical College Hospital

We are located over by the N. H. Bypass in the Mylapore area of Umayanalloor. If you know where the big Maszid is, we are right nearby that landmark. It stays pretty busy here most days because of the highway traffic and the people coming in from the surrounding neighborhood. Travancore Medical College Hospital is part of the Medi City setup, so it is a big place with lots of different sections. Usually, you will see a lot of students and staff moving around the halls. The sun hits the front of the building quite hard in the afternoons. Most of us have been working here a while now. We see families from all over the local area. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just try to keep things moving and get people where they need to go. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the wards. People come here for all sorts of reasons, from checkups to more serious stuff. We have a canteen where the coffee is alright if you get there early. It isn't a fancy place, just a working hospital where we spend our days. You can find us easily if you just follow the bypass road. We have been in Umayanalloor for some time, and the locals know the spot well. The parking lot usually fills up by mid-morning, so people end up parking along the side sometimes. That's just how it is here.
