Thathwamasy Properties (P) Ltd is run out of Sunil Bhavan in Elamadu PO, Kulanjiyil, near Ayoor in the Kollam district. It’s a very local operation, deeply rooted in the Kerala landscape. Our office is in a traditional-style building, which fits the way we do things. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We mostly deal with property and land around the Kollam area. If you come by Sunil Bhavan, you’ll probably find us sitting around a wooden table, looking over land deeds or talking to a neighbor about a plot of land. The greenery around Ayoor is beautiful, but it also means we have to deal with a lot of rain and overgrown lots. We spend a lot of time driving out to rural areas to check on boundaries and fences. It’s a lot of outdoor work, which we prefer over sitting in an office all day anyway. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales pitch. We just know the area well and we talk to people honestly. Sometimes the paperwork for property can be a real headache, but we just take our time and get through it. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is helping people figure out their property needs in this part of Kollam. The office cat usually sleeps on the porch, and we don't mind the quiet pace.
