Syam Lal

Syam Lal operates out of Cithrarekha House, which is located in the Eravipuram Post area. We are very close to the local post office, so it's a spot that most people in the neighborhood know well. It’s not really a big company with a lot of departments. It’s more of a personal business where we handle things directly. The house serves as our base, and things can get a little crowded when we have a lot of work coming in. We spend our time managing orders and keeping track of all the small details that come with running a local trade. Eravipuram is a nice area, and being near the post office makes it easy for us to handle all our mail and packages. We don't have a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we get our work done. We’ve been here for a while, and most of our customers are people we know or who live nearby. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We do our own bookkeeping and answer our own phones. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but we prefer it this way because we know exactly what’s going on with every job. We don’t use any fancy business talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s straightforward and keeps the stress down as much as possible.
